These terms apply to purchases made on myvinta.ge. By placing an order you agree to them.
Myvinta is a vintage and pre-owned goods store operating in Georgia. Contact details are listed on the Contact page. Every item is one of a kind, so quantity is always one.
Prices are shown in Georgian lari (GEL) and include all applicable taxes. Online payments are processed by Bank of Georgia over a secure connection — we never see or store your card details. An order is confirmed once the bank reports a successful payment; you'll see a confirmation page and, if you gave an email, receive a confirmation message. If an item is sold in-store in the moments before your payment completes, we will contact you and refund the full amount.
Delivery is free anywhere in Georgia. We deliver within 1–3 working days in Tbilisi and 2–5 working days elsewhere, and call you before arriving. Please check the item on receipt.
Because items are vintage and pre-owned, condition is described honestly on every product page. If an item arrives damaged in transit or materially differs from its description, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we will collect it and refund you in full to the original card. Refunds are processed by the bank within 3–10 working days. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 3 days if the item is unused and in the same condition; return shipping is covered by the buyer.
We collect only what's needed to fulfil your order: name, phone, delivery address and optionally email. Payment data is handled solely by Bank of Georgia. We don't sell or share your data with third parties except the courier delivering your order.
